I really enjoyed my overnight stay here! The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There were so many neat things to look at that I wish I had more time to look around. Stayed over a holiday weekend and did not hear any type of noise disturbance. It was quiet enough to hear the rain outside. I will be back next time that I'm in the area!

Lovely clean place! Staff is accommodating and wonderful. The manager is fabulous!
Rooms are large with high ceilings. Thoughtfully decorated. Best part no carpet! Baby/family friendly.
The restaurant also has a morning espresso bar and a wonderful restaurant - Mundo that serves an eclectic menu and their drinks are phenomenal!

Lovely clean place! Staff is accommodating and wonderful. The manager is fabulous! Rooms are large with high ceilings. Thoughtfully decorated. Best part no carpet! Baby/family friendly. This is my second time staying at the paper factory hotel, and I'm never disappointed, originally I had booked a regular room I told the reservations person that we were coming to spend the night of our wedding. We got an upgrade to the best room they have, my husband and I received a complimentary bottle of champagne, beautiful roses and amazing chocolates.Our stayed was amazing, the room was simply beautiful, love the decoration and all the art. That night the live jazz show was fantastic. The next morning I had an amazing fresh juice from the bar.If you come to NY visit the paper factory hotel. It's truly amazing.
